What is your return policy?

We will accept returns on unopened, unused products only, they must also be in a resalable condition up to 28 days from the point of purchase. Return postage is at the expense of the customer. 

Please note we do NOT accept any returns on wax melt or sample melt products. 

Please make sure all products are securely wrapped/boxed up and include a note of your name and order number. Please then return your item(s) to:

Once the item has been received by us, it will be checked over and we will then arrange a credit or refund. If the order was made my credit/debit card, the refund can only be issued to the same card used to make the original purchase. Orders made via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal. Please be aware that refunds can take 3-5 working days to clear into your account from the point they were processed. 

If the item is lost or stolen on it’s way back to us, you will be responsible for claiming compensation from your chosen courier. 

Items that arrive to us damaged or lost will not be credited. 

Broken or damaged products

Please inform us of any breakages or damages within 3 days of receiving your order. 

We take great care in insuring your items are packaged securely in a box with bubble wrap and paper however in the event that you do receive a damaged item upon delivery please email us at:

Please include your name and order number.

Goods damaged in transit will be refunded/credited at our discretion.

Missing items

If you receive any items missing from your order then please email us with your name, order number and the item(s) missing so we can investigate for you.
